We're hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 330-unit community, and we're interviewing this week. Apply today and you could hear back fast.
What you'll earn
- $21-$25/hour, based on experience
- Up to 50% off rent if you want to live on-site
- Renewal commissions shared with the property team
- $300 every quarter through our Morgan Essentials stipend
- $15/day on-call pay (rotating, and always paid)

What you'll do
- Handle day-to-day repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- Work service tickets and keep the property in top shape
- Be the person residents count on to get it fixed right
What you need
- 1+ year of maintenance experience (or equivalent training or education)
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Live within 30 minutes of the property
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus, but not required to apply
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. No nights or weekends, apart from paid rotating on-call.
