Operating Room - Surgical Technologist - $2360 per week.

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Preferred Skills/Experience: daVinci and Mako experience preferred.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Cases include orthopedics, general, neuro, thoracic, vascular, GYN, urology, robotics, and ENT.

Shift & Scheduling: On-call required: Yes - 5 days/month. May be required to take weekend call. No scheduled weekend shifts.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certifications CORST, NCORST, NCST, NCST, NRCST, TS-C
