Retail Associate – Immediate Openings

Location: Baxter, MN
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start: Immediate

We are seeking reliable and motivated candidates for Retail Associate positions in Baxter, MN!

In this hands-on role, you’ll help support daily store operations by unloading and stocking merchandise, fulfilling online customer orders, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and providing excellent customer service both inside and outside the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Replace paper tags with digital tags
• Load, unload, and safely move products
• Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and transport products to the appropriate areas
• Sort and organize merchandise in the backroom
• Stock shelves and replenish displays
• Pick and pack products to fulfill online customer orders
• Assist customers as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Must be able to pass a basic background check and drug test (THC-friendly)
