Automotive Technician | $100K–$150K+ | High-Volume Shop

Location: Pomona, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM | Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $33.80–$35.62/hour base + production bonus
Pay Type: Hourly + Production Bonus
Pay Schedule: Weekly

About the Shop

This Pomona, CA automotive repair shop is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician who can handle diagnostics, bumper-to-bumper repairs, and consistent production.

The shop services approximately 50–60 vehicles per week in a structured environment with clear processes. You'll diagnose electrical, drivability, and A/C concerns while using modern diagnostic equipment to complete accurate repairs and inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose electrical, drivability, and A/C concerns
  • Perform bumper-to-bumper automotive repairs
  • Maintain 100%+ production efficiency
  • Complete vehicle inspections and repair documentation
  • Communicate diagnostic and repair findings with Service Advisors

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working at an A-Level Automotive Technician skill level
  • Strong automotive diagnostic ability
  • Experience using scan tools and modern vehicle systems
  • Proven ability to consistently maintain 100%+ production efficiency
  • Own professional automotive tools
  • ASE Certifications preferred
  • High-volume or flat-rate shop experience preferred
