Occupational Health and Safety Specialist – Food Manufacturing

KOCH FOODS is seeking a Medical Safety Coordinator to support employee health and workplace safety across its poultry manufacturing operations. Help conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and track corrective actions. Coordinate safety training, promote proper PPE use, maintain accurate records, and partner with production, quality, and maintenance teams to strengthen safe work practices. The successful candidate communicates clearly, handles sensitive information responsibly, and supports a culture of teamwork, integrity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Prior occupational safety or manufacturing experience is preferred.
