Clinical Nurse Coordinator Emergency Room

HCA Healthcare seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Emergency Room to lead high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will coordinate daily clinical operations, oversee patient flow, and support a team of ER nurses and support staff. You will perform triage, assessments, and interventions, while ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, provide staff coaching and education, and help drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes and experience.
