Job Description
Shriners Children's Ohio has an opportunity for a PRN Pharmacist. Join a team of professionals committed to improving children's lives. Our top healthcare professionals excel in their practices and provide compassionate, family-centered care to children who need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Pharmacist properly checks, prepares, and distributes medications, and ensures proper control measures of medication and medication storage areas.
- The qualified Pharmacist is responsible to provide pharmaceutical care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring, intervention and patient outcome.
- Provides clinical pharmacy services to a pediatric patient population.
- Responsibilities include attendance at work rounds, therapeutic drug monitoring and facilitating pharmacy services.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor in Pharmacy
Ohio Pharmacy license
Preferred Qualifications:
PharmD
2 years Hospital Pharmacy experience

Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
