WSi is currently seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time contract or Direct Hire at a facility in Hugo, Colorado.

Job Description:

As a PT, you will evaluate, plan, and implement effective treatment programs to help our patients achieve their highest function and performance. This role requires a versatile therapist who can adapt to different environments and patient needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction. This position offers the potential for a permanent placement with our client‘s growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients‘ physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the patient‘s goals and needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patients‘ mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to support rehabilitation and recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and patient-centered care.
