Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator

  • Location: Swedish Hospital, Chicago, IL

  • Full time

  • Hours: 7a to 3:30p with rotating weekend, call and holiday schedules

What you will do:

The Perioperative Clinical Coordinator is a Registered Professional Nurse who:

?Has accountability for perioperative nursing care provided in his/her designated surgical specialties.

? Coordinates department throughput, efficiencies, resources and staffing.

? Secures/Procures and maintains supplies, equipment and instruments necessary to deliver optimal surgical care

? Coordinates perioperative workflows, activities, and communicate to all key stakeholders working with or in the perioperative areas.

What you will need:

  • Education:

    • BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program. Degree must be acquired within 24 mths, from an accredited nursing program, of hire.

  • Certification/License:

    • IL RN License

    • CPR BLS issued by American Heart Association

  • Experience:

    • Experience in OR setting

    • Team building, leadership acumen, critical thinking and effective communication.

    • Must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty. Competencies are unit/specialty specific.
