Operations Manager

FM is seeking a Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support business growth. In this role, you will lead a small team, set priorities, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard. You will analyze performance data, prepare reports for leadership, and recommend process improvements. The Manager will coordinate cross-functional work, support hiring and onboarding, and model a collaborative, accountable work environment while helping FM scale its operations effectively.
