Brown & Brown is seeking an Area Sales Leader to join our growing team in Dublin, OH.
Seek out new accounts and service existing accounts for the agency by helping clients choose warranty setups that best suit their needs.
How You Will Contribute:
Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
Explain the features, advantages, and disadvantages of various products to promote sales of vehicle service plans.
Interview with prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs and to discuss existing service plan coverage.
Call F&I Managers in Auto dealerships to explain plans, to suggest additions or changes to their selling technique.
Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for dealers to implement and provide a program.
Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy. Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitable for both the client and the insurer.
Attend meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about new products and services. To learn new skills and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
Train dealers on sales process and F&I process as needed.
Attend trade shows to promote company lines of business.
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
Required
Minimum education High school diploma
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Exceptional telephone demeanor
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service.
1 – 3 years' experience in a similar position
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline
Pay Range
65,000.00 - 65,000.00 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
