Dental Assistant – Morgantown, WV

Join our established, patient-focused private dental practice in the Morgantown, WV area! We are looking for a friendly, dependable Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. Our office has a long-standing team, amazing patients, and a supportive environment focused on providing excellent patient care without sacrificing work-life balance since 2004.

Schedule

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: Off – Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

Compensation & Benefits

  • $16–$19/hour starting pay based on experience, pay increase after completing the 90-day probationary period

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat patients
  • Take dental X-rays
  • Assist chairside during procedures
  • Set up and break down treatment rooms
  • Sterilization and disinfection
  • Stock and order supplies
  • Monitor and maintain equipment
  • Support team members with daily tasks as needed
  • Perform other standard Dental Assistant responsibilities

Requirements

  • Dental Assistant experience preferred, including recent graduates
  • Willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Friendly, patient-centered, and professional
  • Ability to multitask and support a team environment
  • Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
