our daughter: She's a curious, affectionate 16-month-old who loves books, music, outdoor time, and interactive play. She warms up slowly and does best with patient, engaging caregivers who encourage her independence. Responsibilities: Bottles/meals, diapers, naps, soothing, play, reading, music, park time, baby laundry/dishes & cleanup. About us: We both work hybrid and are often home. We enjoy checking in with our daughter, so comfort with parent presence is important. We're looking for: Someone warm, attentive, reliable, and proactive, learns routines quickly, asks questions when unsure, and can problem-solve independently. Optional: open to light household help during downtime
