Physical Therapist

Mercy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Hazelwood facility. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services to diverse patient populations. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to restore function, mobility, and independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care accurately.
