Service Technician, Commercial Electric

We are seeking a highly skilled commercial Electrical Service Technician with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the electrical field, possess in-depth knowledge of electrical codes, industry standards, be capable of working independently and with a team while maintaining a professional demeanor.

This position provides a company automobile and will work from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday with on-call and emergency availability required some weekends. We offer training opportunities to help you advance your technical skills and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

·Arrive on time for scheduled job.

·Accurately log hours, upload job photos and receipts in the field service management software upon job completion.

·Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager and check email daily.

·Submit timesheet.

·Uphold professionalism in customer interactions and provide top-tier service.

· Troubleshoot electrical issues effectively and ensure all work adheres to electrical codes and company standards.

Qualifications:

·Completion of degree or certification from an electrical trade school.

·Minimum of 10 years of field experience.

·In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and prior service experience is preferred.

·Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

·Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor.

·Ability to complete physical tasks.
