TriStar Health seeks an RN Progressive Care nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to moderately to high-acuity patients in a dynamic hospital setting. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor complex telemetry and hemodynamics, administer medications, and respond promptly to clinical changes. You’ll collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and document care accurately in the EMR.
