Full job description
Encompass Health in Abilene, TX is seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. LPN/LVNs will monitor patient status, administer medications, provide wound and basic IV care per scope, and support complex rehab plans for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, orthopedic surgery, and other major illnesses. You will collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, document care accurately in the EHR, educate patients and families, and promote safety and infection control.
