Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver goal-driven, evidence-based treatments to improve patients’ independence in daily activities, mobility, and self-care. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a nurturing, high-quality rehab environment with strong professional growth opportunities.
