<p align="center"><b>Move Forward with Volt</b></p> <p><b>Volt</b> is immediately hiring for a<b> 1st Shift Quality Control Inspector - Warehouse Returns</b> in <b>Toano, VA.</b></p> <p align="center"><b>Weekly Pay</b></p> <p align="center"><b>Great Company Culture!</b></p> <p>As a <b>Quality Control Inspector </b>you will:</p> <ul> <li>Inspect returned inventory and customer returns for quality and accuracy</li> <li>Verify quantities, serial numbers, part numbers, and product condition</li> <li>Identify damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items</li> <li>Sort products for restocking, reboxing, repair, or disposal</li> <li>Accurately count inventory and complete required documentation</li> <li>Enter inspection results into Excel and company systems</li> <li>Apply labels and maintain accurate product identification</li> <li>Organize and maintain returns inventory areas</li> <li>Communicate quality issues and discrepancies to management</li> <li>Support warehouse operations as needed</li> <li>Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures</li> </ul> <p><br /> This is a <b>full-time </b>opportunity. <b>Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm</b></p> <p><br /> The ideal candidate will have the following experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED</li> <li>Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to accurately count inventory and identify discrepancies</li> <li>Good communication and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and follow established procedures</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse-related physical activities</li> </ul> <p><br /> <b>Preferred Experience</b></p> <ul> <li>Quality Control Inspector</li> <li>Quality Assurance</li> <li>Warehouse Associate</li> <li>Inventory Control</li> <li>Returns Processing</li> <li>Receiving Clerk</li> <li>Manufacturing</li> <li>Logistics</li> <li>Shipping & Receiving</li> <li>Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)</li> </ul> <p><br /> <b>Pay rate: </b>$17.00 to $19.00 per hour</p> <p><b>Shift: </b>Mon-Fri, 8-5</p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.<br /> <br /> Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
