General Labor

A growing milling company in Madera is seeking hardworking and dependable General Laborers to support daily production operations. This position involves heavy lifting, material handling, packaging, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dusty industrial setting and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Day, Swing, and/or Night shifts available
• Overtime may be required based on production needs

Pay Rate:

• Competitive pay, DOE (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Lift and stack bags, boxes, and other materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Assist machine operators with feeding materials into milling equipment.
• Package, label, palatalize, and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of production, warehouse, and work areas.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and company safety procedures.
• Inspect products and report quality issues to supervisors.
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned to support production goals.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent heavy lifting and material handling.
• Continuous standing and walking during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and a dusty production environment.
• Repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, and carrying.
