Hospice Registered Nurse

BJC HealthCare seeks a compassionate Hospice RN to provide expert end-of-life care in patients’ homes and community settings. This role delivers comprehensive assessments, pain and symptom management, and individualized care plans while supporting patients and families through advanced illness. The RN collaborates with an interdisciplinary hospice team, documents care in the EHR, and participates in on-call rotations.
