HIRING AN ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER!

Ashton Glen is a 108-unit apartment community in Centerville, OH, and we're looking for an Assistant Service Manager who is ready to lead by example. You'll assist the Service Manager to help keep our community well maintained, and up to company standards by guiding the team through diagnosis, repairs, and make-ready.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
• $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials
• 50% rent discount
• 401(k) and full benefits

What We Need From You:

• Lead the team in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance, and exterior issues
• Build daily make-ready and work order schedules with the Service Manager and Property Manager
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and inspect finished work against Morgan standards
• Help manage maintenance inventory and look for cost-effective ways to order supplies
• Commit to a 24-hour on-call schedule, including snow and ice emergencies
• HVAC/EPA/CFC and/or CPO certification (preferred, not required)
• Valid driver's license

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
