Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Current CPR certification
Current driver‘s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
