Full job description
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, 8-hour shifts
- 18 patients per day minimum
- Mixed pediatric and adult populations
- Outpatient family practice setting
- Chronic pain management experience required
- 3+ years experience in similar outpatient setting preferred
