What You Will Do:

The Management Analyst will support a Directorate within the Department of State with domestic budget and data analysis in support of its mission to effectively and efficiently manage domestically owned and leased facilities.

Day to Day Responsibilities May Include:

  • Maintain and update the organizational database and CMMS systems, ensuring data accuracy by correcting manual entry errors and keeping dashboards current to provide real time visibility to leadership.

  • Monitor outstanding action items and SOW requirements to ensure timely follow up and compliance.

  • Analyze building related procedures to identify issues and inefficiencies, propose process improvements, and drive resolution.

  • Configure and deploy CMMS site setups, manage Maximo site transitions, and validate site location data from Archibus prior to Maximo deployment.

  • Provide ad hoc and administrative support and special project support as needed.


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree; (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's

  • FIVE (5) years’ experience, with a minimum of THREE (3) years of experience with at least one of the following: program operations, organizational analysis, records management analysis, space utilization studies, budget analysis, and/or cost benefit analysis.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
