Charge Acute Care Registered Nurse

Mercy is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse to lead daily operations on our acute care unit. In this role, you will coordinate patient flow, oversee assessments, care plans, and interventions, and ensure safe, high-quality care. You will assign and support nursing staff, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and act as the primary escalation point for clinical and patient concerns.
