Family Nurse Practitioner Required Qualifications:
- Valid Family Nurse Practitioner license with current state of Oregon licensure.
- At least 2 years of experience and board certification or board eligibility
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses
- Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Comfort and experience with both initiation and maintenance of buprenorphine
- Comfort and experience with treating other substance use disorders and severe and persistent mental illness
- Must be comfortable treating all populations
- Valid CPR certification and DEA license
Family Nurse Practitioner Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with low-income children and families
- Bilingual English/Spanish
