Case Manager – Plaintiff Personal Injury

Our client, a growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a diverse caseload from intake through resolution.

Requirements:

• Extensive claims negotiation experience
• Experience negotiating settlements on behalf of personal injury plaintiffs is strongly preferred.
• Candidates with insurance carrier claims negotiation experience will also be considered.
• Proven ability to negotiate favorable settlements and assist with moving cases efficiently toward resolution.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with case management software and other computer applications.
