StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;9 Pay Rate: $129.01 - $139.65
This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday Friday 8a-5p
Patients per day: 20-25
Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic
State Licensure: Minnesota state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified or Eligible and Department of Transportation (DOT).
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
