Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to adult Med-Surg rehab patients, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and discharge planning. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized rehab plans, educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and precept as needed.
