Kaiser Permanente seeks a Charge RN for our LDRP unit to lead safe, high-quality care across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum. As the clinical lead on shift, you will coordinate staffing, patient flow, and complex care plans while mentoring nurses and collaborating with physicians and midwives.
