Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2540 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - UMASS Memorial and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - UMASS Memorial.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years of recent Peds/PICU experience.

Unit Details: - Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, and adult patient population. - Typical patient population includes respiratory, trauma, psych/behavioral, diabetes, general med/surg, and eating disorders.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every third weekend.

Floating Requirements: - Will primarily be stationed on Peds, but there is a requirement to float to PICU depending on unit needs.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• APHON (APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider)
