CRNA needed in Western Indiana
ASAP - Ongoing
Full and part-time candidates accepted
7a-3p or 7a-5p
Some weekday and weekend call coverage
Cases:

General, Endo, Ortho and Joint Replacement, Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia,
Must be proficient in Blocks
EMR:

Epic

$1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
