Clinical Pharmacist

Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver evidence-based medication management for patients in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will review and verify medication orders, perform medication reconciliation, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize safe, effective, and cost-conscious therapy. You will educate patients and staff on medication use, monitor therapeutic outcomes, support antimicrobial stewardship, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, all within a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding patient-centered environment.
