Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Home health experience required
Assignment Details
* Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
* Option for alternative hours 1 day per week
* Travel radius is approximately 50 miles
* Coverage area includes multiple surrounding counties and communities
