Acute Care Physical Therapist | West Palm Beach, FL | Hospital-Based | Sign-On + Loan Repayment

Position Highlights

  • Full-time acute care role with a not-for-profit hospital system in the West Palm Beach, FL area
  • New grads encouraged to apply, with structured mentorship for clinicians moving into acute care
  • Broad caseload: ICU, neuro, ortho, trauma, post-surgical, and joint replacement
  • Sign-on bonus, loan repayment, and relocation assistance available
  • PSLF eligible
  • Roughly 10 patients per day with generous treatment times and no productivity pressure
  • Flexible scheduling, light weekend rotation, 20 days PTO

About the Role

We're partnering with a not-for-profit hospital system on a full-time PT opening in their acute care department. This is a strong fit for clinicians who want real variety, meaningful patient impact, and a team that will actually invest in developing them. Whether you're stepping into acute care for the first time or you already have hospital experience, you'll find the support and case mix to grow. Cross-training across departments is encouraged, and there's CEU support, in-house development, and a path toward specialty or leadership roles over time. Optional PRN weekend coverage is available for anyone who wants it.
