Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Sevita, you’ll do more than provide clinical care—you’ll become an advocate, leader, educator, and trusted partner for the individuals you serve. What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop, implement, and monitor individualized healthcare plans.
- Monitor individuals’ health and respond to changes in condition using sound clinical judgment.
- Serve as a clinical leader and advocate, helping ensure individuals receive exceptional, person-centered care.
- Collaborate with physicians, medical centers, and other healthcare partners to coordinate care and achieve positive outcomes.
- Provide clinical oversight, technical assistance, and guidance to staff to promote safe, high-quality care.
- Train and support team members on healthcare practices, procedures, and individual-specific needs.
- Use critical thinking and clinical expertise to address biological, physical, and behavioral health needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with individuals, families, coworkers, and healthcare professionals.
- Advocate for the health, safety, dignity, and overall well-being of every person you serve.
What You’ll Bring
- Accredited degree in Nursing and a current state RN license.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A reliable, responsible, compassionate, and empathetic approach to care.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
