Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Experience in skilled nursing and long term care
Experience with Nethealth and PCC

Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Patient population includes short term and long term care
Productivity expectation: 85%
