Operations Coordinator – Six-Month Temp-to-Perm

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinatorto support day-to-day business operations within a growing medical technology organization. This is a six-month temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, working cross-functionally, and keeping operational processes running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and follow-through are essential. This position will work closely with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other business partners to ensure operational needs are handled efficiently and accurately.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily operational activities and provide administrative support across multiple business functions.
* Manage and track orders, shipments, deliveries, service requests, and other operational activities.
* Serve as a key point of contact between internal departments, customers, vendors, and external partners.
* Maintain accurate information within ERP, CRM, and other company systems.
* Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, records, and operational documentation.
* Monitor open items and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
* Assist with purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and related operational activities.
* Coordinate scheduling and logistics for customer support, service, training, installations, or other business activities.
* Assist with resolving order, shipping, documentation, and other operational issues.
* Maintain organized and accurate files, records, and documentation.
* Support internal teams with data gathering, reporting, and special projects.
* Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, communication, and efficiency.
* Provide general operational and administrative support to leadership and the broader team as needed.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, administration, customer support, purchasing, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Experience working with ERP, CRM, inventory, or order-management systems preferred.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information appropriately.
* Experience within medical devices, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, or another regulated industry is a plus.
