Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Schedule (set, weekly):

• Working days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Wednesday – 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
• Days off: Tuesday & Thursday

About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Healthcare Security Officer to support a healthcare facility in New Milford, CT. You’ll help create a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors while providing professional and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the facility to ensure safety and security
• Control access to the building and verify identification as required
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per site procedures
• Assist staff and visitors with directions and general information
• Write clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Maintain a professional, calm presence in sensitive healthcare situations
• Follow all assignment instructions, health and safety guidelines, and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior security or healthcare-related experience preferred, not required
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Able to remain calm and respectful in stressful situations
• Able to pass required background checks and drug screening

Compensation

• $18.50 per hour
