We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help expand a specialty service line while working alongside a collaborative team committed to clinical excellence and exceptional patient experiences.

You value meaningful patient relationships, individualized treatment, and being part of a team that is changing the way physical therapy is delivered. You are excited to help build and grow a pelvic health program within a concierge practice that prioritizes both patient outcomes and therapist fulfillment.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform comprehensive pelvic health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one pelvic floor therapy in a concierge setting
  • Treat a wide range of pelvic health conditions, including pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, and return-to-exercise programming
  • Deliver evidence-based manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
  • Educate patients on pelvic floor function, movement strategies, wellness, and self-management techniques
  • Collaborate with physicians, OB/GYNs, urogynecologists, fitness professionals, and other healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Build strong patient relationships through exceptional communication and care

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Current Tennessee Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Pelvic health training and clinical experience
  • Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering a high-level patient experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction and women's health conditions
  • Certification or advanced coursework in pelvic health physical therapy
  • Experience treating prenatal and postpartum populations
  • Dry Needling certification
  • Orthopedic manual therapy experience
  • Interest in performance-based rehabilitation and return-to-activity programming
