We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing Services to join our team at Envive Healthcare of Berne. Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to the nursing department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and Envive Healthcare of Berne's policies and procedures

• Develop and implement effective nursing practices, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality resident care

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among nursing staff

• Oversee the management of nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance

• Develop and manage the nursing department budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and budgetary compliance

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Stay up-to-date with current laws and regulations that influence provision of care and services in nursing facilities

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current RN License

• Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term care industry

• Two years professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care, or geriatric nursing setting

• Knowledge of the Federal and State Regulations for Long Term Care

• Knowledge of current laws and regulations that influence provision of care and services in nursing facilities
