Nurse Manager – Clinical Operations (RN)

Adventist Health is seeking a Manager RN to lead a nursing team dedicated to whole-person, mission-driven care. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring safe, high-quality care that reflects Christian values of compassion and service. You will mentor and develop nurses, support performance and professional growth, manage budgets and resources, and drive quality and regulatory compliance.
