What You'll Do
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be an essential member of our healthcare team by:
Providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Promoting a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
