COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Orthopedic Surgery (ORS)
  • Up to $850k base Salary (DOE)
  • $50,000 Sign-on
  • PTO: 5 Weeks
  • $175,000 Loan Repayment
  • CME: $4,000.
  • $20,000 Relocation
  • Full Benefits: Package
  • Retirement: Public Entity Retirement Plan (PERA)
  • Malpractice: PAID, including tail
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Orthopedic Surgery (ORS)
  • 25-Beds Level IV Trauma Center
  • 4-day work week
  • Bread & Butter Orthopedic Surgery
  • Full spectrum of equipment, positioning devices and instruments available
  • 3 OR’s and clinic with 3 exam and 2 procedure rooms
  • EMR-EPIC
  • Call - Mainly Phone Consults
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Orthopedic Surgery (ORS)
  • Board Certification or Eligibility
  • Must Acquire MN license
COMMUNITY Orthopedic Surgery (ORS)
  • West/Central MN
  • Two-hour drive to Twin Cities
