This role provides comprehensive end-of-life nursing care, including assessment, symptom and pain management, medication administration, and coordination of individualized care plans. The RN collaborates closely with physicians, social workers, and spiritual care providers to support patients and families. Responsibilities include patient and family education, accurate documentation, and adherence to hospice standards.
