Full job description
Anders Group is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our payroll, billing, and back-office operations teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our healthcare professionals are paid accurately, our client information is maintained properly, and our internal systems remain organized and compliant.
The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes to keep processes running smoothly, solving problems, and supporting multiple departments. This person will become an expert in Anders Group's payroll, billing, and operational processes while providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Support payroll and billing operations to ensure accurate and timely processing for travelers and clients
- Maintain employee and client information across ADP, Salesforce, and other business systems
- Solve payroll questions and issues while providing outstanding customer service
- Assist with audits, reporting, compliance, and special projects that help keep the business running smoothly

Job Responsibilities
- Assist back-office operations including payroll, billing, legal, compliance, and audit-related activities
- Develop a thorough understanding of Anders Group business processes, systems, payroll workflows, and billing procedures
- Serve as a primary resource for payroll questions and concerns while providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate employee records in ADP, including new hire setup and updates
- Audit payroll information to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure records are complete and audit-ready
- Provide backup support for payroll and billing teams as business needs require
- Monitor billing dispute windows and provide reporting to appropriate stakeholders
- Assist with creation, maintenance, and accuracy of traveler and client records within Salesforce
- Review employee and client data to ensure consistency across systems
- Support reporting, audits, and special projects as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all systems and processes
- Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency
Skills
- Experience working in staffing, healthcare staffing, payroll, billing, or operations preferred
- ADP experience preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Tech savvy and quick learner
- Team player with a positive attitude
