• 24-hr call -- out of house; 7 am - 7 am
• Average inpatient census: 2 - 5 per day
• On call for ER admissions
• Level I nursery and pediatric floor coverage required
• 25 - 30 deliveries per month
• Emergency intubation required
• NRP and PALS certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
