Charlie Health is seeking a Group Quality Supervisor to champion clinical excellence across our virtual IOP and PHP group programs for teens, young adults, and families. In this role, you will oversee the quality of group therapy delivery, auditing sessions and documentation, and providing targeted coaching to facilitators. Partnering with clinical leaders and data teams, you will use outcomes and quality metrics to refine curricula, standardize best practices, and ensure compliance.
