Physical Therapist

Proactive Physical Therapy seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based outpatient rehabilitation within our collaborative Healthcare & Medical Services team. You will evaluate musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, create individualized treatment plans, and provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to improve function and quality of life.
